This role leads the integrated PGS service framework, building and developing a unified team across case management, youth programs, hotline, outreach, and community education. Partnering with Community Services and Volunteer Engagement to develop strategies, operational plans, and metrics that advance PGS in a sustainable and impactful way.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work or a related discipline, with at least 10 years' work experience with minimum 5 years in supervisory levels
- Preferably with experience in social / humanity services and non-profit organization disciplines in a multicultural environment
- Able to lead, coach and motivate a team of frontline workers, and act as a role model
