Descriptions
Entry Requirements :
- A recognized degree or above in relevant discipline with at least 5 years' experience
- Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Proficiency in computer application software
- Experience in general accounting, Payroll & Provident Fund administration, Building maintenance and Knowledge of human resources management preferred
Major Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the General Office of the Agency
- To undertake general administrative duties including office management, financial management, Payroll & MPF administration, insurance policies and human resources management
- To review and implement office policies, including Service Performance Monitoring Service (SQS)
- To supervise staff in provision of clerical and supporting services
- To plan and coordinate building maintenance and monitor contractors in provision in maintenance and repair work
- To provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Superintendent; and
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
