Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint intranet application development, vendor systems, data architecture, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity;
  
• Develop, implement and execute IT policies, and compliance across the entire organization, with SRAA or audit experience an advantage;
  
• Review, evaluate and report vendor solution / deliverable against established metrics and specifications;
  
• Monitor IT resources utilization and access existing and potential IT applications and digital transformation solution to streamline business operations;
  
• Identify IT training needs such as AI applications for key stakeholders, staff and clients; and
  
• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting to end-users.

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computing Science or related disciplines.
  
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate & Power App), SharePoint deployment and cloud services are preferred.
