The appointee will be assigned to the Centre's Administrative Support Section, and will be responsible for (a) assisting in accounting and contract management related to hardware maintenance and software licensing; (b) maintaining asset records; (c) providing frontline and counter services; (d) handling enquiries; (e) providing general administrative and operational support for the Office; (f) co-ordinating workmen's duties and leave schedule; and (g) performing other tasks as assigned. In-house training will be provided.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education, preferably with post-secondary qualification(s); (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, "Attained" or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills; (iv) a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other Windows applications; (vi) good communication skills and service-oriented work attitude; (vii) the ability to work as an effective team member and under pressure; and (viii) the ability to multi-task with high level of accuracy and flexibility. Having relevant work experience and experience in using ServiceNow and SAP will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
