DREAM Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities
(funded by Home Affairs Department)

Duties :
(a) Assist in the implementation of groups, programmes and activities for ethnic minorities. (b) Handle daily reception duties and respond to general enquiries. (c) Manage fee payment for groups, programmes and activities. (d) Provide clerical and administrative support to centre operations. (e) Provide interpretation service for service users.
Requirements :
(a) Completed Form 5 / HKDSE / secondary school or above. (b) Knowledge of the culture of ethnic minorities service users. (c) Proven work experience assisting in the implementation of groups and programmes. (d) Good command of both oral and written English, fluency in Chinese and any EM language is an advantage. (e) Positive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. (f) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (g) Capacity to work effectively in a multicultural team and environment. (h) Proficient computer skills. (i) Required to work by roster arrangement which may include evening duties and weekends (Saturdays / Sundays).
