Descriptions

Key Responsibilities

  • To support children and youth in ordinary foster care placements along with foster families and biological families through The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust funded JC Project Bonfire.
  • Co-develop and implement Individual Development Plans for children and youth.
  • Deliver core interventions, including the Family Reunification, Family Engagement, and Age-Out Youth Support Programmes, while monitoring progress alongside with casework and group activities.
  • Mobilise community resources and strengthen multi-disciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners.

Requirement
  • Registered Social Worker with Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with children and youth preferred; community outreach/partnership a plus
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Must share the commitment of Mother's Choice in upholding the safety and protection of children as paramount
