We share the common aim of promoting effective community care practices in mental health through the provision of a wide-spectrum of services including residential training, vocational rehabilitation, community mental health support, family and caregiver support, peer support, and clinical psychological practices.

Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Director and in collaboration with the other Assistant Director, this position is charged with the following job responsibilities :
- assisting in the overall management and administration of RFHK;
- developing, executing and evaluating plans and strategies to achieve sustainable growth and continual service excellence in the full spectrum of service provision of RFHK;
- building capacity in terms of training, supervision and development of staff at all levels to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- networking with government departments, NGOs, strategic partners, stakeholders and the general public;
- supervising publicity efforts and other endeavours to promote RFHK's brand building as well as the full range of community mental health services;
- leading the development of corporate functions including digital transformation, research initiatives, communications and fundraising; and
- undertaking any other duties as may be assigned by the Director.
Requirements :
Candidates should be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 505); and
- hold a recognised degree in social work or above with at least eight years' relevant post-graduate experience, including five years in managerial role related to service delivery, programme development, human resources or finance management in social work; and
- possess proven work experience with track records in mental health service.
Possession of additional training and AI experience or knowledge would be added advantages.
