Customer Services Officer

We are seeking high-caliber candidates to join our Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre to play a vital part in the successful delivery of our professional services.

Descriptions

Ref : DHC

  • Perform general receptionist duties, include handling of public enquiries, complains, appointment booking, member registration and billing;
  • Responsible for communication and dissemination of information with members;
  • Update and manage member information in CRM system;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements :
  • Diploma or above in any discipline;
  • At least 2 years of related experience;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Independent with good organizational and communication skills;
  • Available for a 5-day work week, including night shifts until 9 PM on weekdays and weekend shifts.

All candidates of the above post should possess the following abilities :
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
