• Support District Health Centre healthcare service provision, e.g. assist in member recruitment, service registration, health assessments and screenings;
  
• Design and implement health educational and lifestyle modification programs;
  
• Responsible for organizing community health promotion campaign and outreach activities;
  
• Responsible for stakeholder networking and community relationship management;
  
• Prepare educational materials focused on health promotion and risk reduction.

Entry Requirements :

• Senior Officer : Degree holder in community health, public health, geriatric care, exercise science and health education or related disciplines with at least 4 years of relevant experience;
  
• Officer : Associate degree / higher diploma in health or social related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
  
• Passionate in primary healthcare service provision;
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  
• Independent with good organizational and communication skills;
  
• Available for a 5-day work week, including night shifts until 9PM on weekdays and weekend shifts.

All candidates of the above post should possess the following abilities :

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams;
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills;
  
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
