- RSW with a Degree in Social Work or above
- Minimum 5 years of post-degree social work experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, energetic, and a good team player
- Strong passion for supporting people with mental health needs
- Act as team leader in the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness
- Supervise the delivery of casework, outreach, group work, crisis intervention, and programs
- Take responsibility for the operations and administration of the centre & team
- Develop community networks and foster multi-disciplinary collaboration Supervise staff and lead service development
