Call Centre Chief Supervisor (Contract) (Rehabilitation Services)

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, and at least 2 years of hotline management experience gained within past 10 years
  • Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions for individuals with mental health needs
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Overnight shifts and public holiday duties are required
  • Lead and manage a team of call centre supervisors
  • Provide clinical advice and supervision to call centre supervisors and handlers
  • Develop service protocols and guidelines for various crisis situations
  • Lead the development and quality assurance of the mental health support hotline
  • Oversee and implement the training plan for call centre handlers
  • Collaborate closely with the governmental department to deliver the Mental Health Support Hotline Service
  • Identify and manage potential crises and risks, and take appropriate measures to mitigate their impact
  • Working Place : (24 Hours Service) Kowloon
