• Degree holder in Social Work or above, RSW
  
• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above [incl. English & Chinese] or equivalent
  
• Solid experience in elderly services, at least 5 years' managerial experience in NGO settings
  
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  
• Visionary, strategic, innovative, efficient, independent, responsive and resourceful
  
• Strong teamwork, entrepreneurial and thoughtful leadership
  
• Lead and oversee Continuing Care Services for the elderly, ensuring high-quality standards across all programmes
  
• Manager a wide spectrum of services, including residential care, day care, community support initiatives and charity programmes tailored to the needs of elderly
  
• Administer multiple funding modes, such as government-subsidized and self-financed services, time-limited projects and programmes supported by donations
  
• Drive service innovation by evaluating existing provisions, identifying unmet needs and developing new initiatives to support elders and families
