• Degree holder in Communications, PR or relevant disciplines
  
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Communications, PR or NGO
  
• Proactive, self-motivated, with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Good in time management and multi-tasking, emonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  
• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with SJS's mission and goals
  
• Manage media relations and publication for service development, organize and handle press conferences, interviews and media enquiries. Coordinate press releases and media materials, support storytelling efforts to highlight service impact
  
• Manage crisis communications efforts, drafting statements and Q&A responses, provide guidance to staff on consistent messaging
  
• Oversee the production of Annual Report, Newsletter and The Voice newsletter, ensure consistency and quality across all publications, both print and digital
