Job Description and Responsibilities :

• To plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate support services and programmes for ethnic minorities.
  
• To supervise Programme Workers under his or her programmes.
  
• To develop partnership and network with community organizations in order to expand resources and facilitate service delivery.
  
• To proactively reach out to ethnic minority, build communities and connect networks and promote service to them.
  
• Working Location : Kwai Chung

• Registered Social Worker.
  
• Holding Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in social work from a local university or equivalent.
  
• Relevant working experience with ethnic minorities or in social service is preferred.
  
• Good communication, coordination, implementation, liaison and leadership skills.
  
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
