Welcome candidates with IT and digitalization experience in large corporates that have PRC manufacturing operations
Support in building a solid and agile organization by strengthening the company's IT infrastructure and systems through conducting digital transformation, improving operational controls, and optimizing technology cost structure
Act as a key IT expert to help manage, evaluate, and enhance the IT systems and processes of the company's various business lines and factories in Hong Kong and in Mainland China
Regular on-site work and business travel are expected, especially to Mainland China
Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years' relevant IT management and/or system implementation experience
Technical Competencies : - Backend Development: Proficient in at least one programming language among Python, Java, or Scala, with expertise in mainstream development frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis - System Architecture: Familiar with the principles and practical implementation of microservices, distributed systems, and containerized deployment, including related concepts such as caching and messaging mechanisms - Middleware & Databases: Hands-on experience with relevant middleware (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ) and expertise in at least one major RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), including solid SQL skills and database performance tuning experience
