Bachelor's Degree holder, with HKDSE 5 subjects Level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant post-degree working experience
Strong interest in youth career development and financial literacy
Passionate, proactive, creative, and able to work independently
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and teamwork
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and project coordination skills
Assist in planning, managing, and developing career development and financial literacy projects for tertiary students
Facilitate student engagement through interactive training sessions, school workshops and career stimulation games
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and support programme enhancement
Liaise with funders, schools, teachers, partners and teammates to ensure effective project delivery
