Responsibilities :

• Services Supervisor is one of the top three-tier executives of the Association.
  
• The incumbent will initially be appointed to oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and will be rotated to different service areas to gain wider exposure.
  
• The incumbent is required to develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality, operation, training, and development, and financial, administrative, supervisory, and personnel management systems.

• Registered Social Worker.
  
• Bachelor degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector is preferable.
  
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
