• Possess a Higher Diploma or Certificate in Dispensing Studies, or an equivalent qualification
  
• Enthusiastic and passionate about patient care and community health
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
  
• Proactive, responsible, and a good team player
  
• Provide dispensing services under the supervision of registered pharmacists
  
• Conduct counseling on the safe use of medications and provide advice on OTC products and general health inquiries
  
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining drug inventory, and other assigned duties related to community pharmacy services
  
• Support the pharmacy team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping
  
• Participate in community health initiatives and assist pharmacists in organizing public health programs
