• RSW, Degree in Social Work
  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in social services, including managerial experience in a health care institution
  
• Certificate in Training for Home Managers is preferable
  
• Registered Home Manager is preferable
  
• Good command in written English and Chinese, good in proposal writing is the advantage
  
• Self-motivated, passion, good leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills with multi-disciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders
  
• Supervise multi-disciplinary team and oversee the operation of nursing home
  
• Supervise financial budgets, reporting, and analysis and ensure the home's financial health by devising financial strategies to support the sustainability of the homes
  
• Identify and manage potential crises and risks, taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of risks
