• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  
• At least 5 years of post-degree experience (casework or school social work services preferable)
  
• Good command in English and Chinese
  
• Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, presentable, good in people management & leadership, excellent communication & interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders
  
• Able to work under pressure
  
• Strong passion to develop clinical practice, service development and to lead kindergarten school social work service
  
• Supervise kindergarten school social workers, program and clerical staff
  
• Assist Senior Manager of Education Services to formulate, implement & evaluate professional service in pre-school settings
  
• Develop service project
  
• Develop clinical service to establish professionalism and expertise in the field
  
• Liaise with local stakeholders & promote kindergarten school social work services
