Descriptions

• Support in building a solid and agile organization by strengthening the company's accounting and finance function through upholding company's policies, improving internal control and optimizing cost structure
  
• Prepare and review monthly management report, monthly consolidation process
  
• Responsible for overseeing and supporting daily financial & accounting tasks, including but not limited to budgeting, internal audit and tax related matters
  
• Review the financial analysis to reflect business performance
  
• Regular on-site work and business travel are expected, especially to Mainland China
  
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
  
• Qualified HKICPA membership or equivalent
  
• Minimum 5 years' relevant audit and/or accounting experience, preferably gained from a manufacturing or listed company experience
  
• Willingness to spend more time on-site in Mainland China and be close to the business operation is important
  
• Previous experience working in an investment or investment-related capacity is a plus
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
