We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to deliver high-quality patient care within our dialysis centres.

Descriptions

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in supervising nursing staff and supporting teams in daily operations, patient care routines, and shift rostering
  • Coordinate admission procedures, clinical supervision, and task delegation to ensure safe, efficient dialysis services
  • Support HR functions including staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and competency checks for nursing certificates
  • Monitor compliance with health / safety policies, equipment maintenance, and clinical audits
  • Facilitate communication via staff meetings, handle complaints, and collaborate with Hospital Authority and external partners (e.g., HD PPP Program)
  • Contribute to budgets, record-keeping, patient activities (e.g., World Kidney Day), and centre maintenance / renovations

Job Requirements :
  • A degree in Nursing, preferably with a post-graduate Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
  • Possess a valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
  • Hong Kong Renal Nursing Course (IANS) / Post-registration Certificate Course (PRCC) in Renal Nursing / Professional Certificate in Renal Nursing
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience with at least 7 years in a senior nursing management role
  • Extensive experience in Quality, Safety and Risk Management
  • Strong Leadership with hands-on management skills, and influencing skills
  • Can direct nursing recruitment strategy, lead training and development activities
  • Staff coaching and mentoring skills are essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package commensurate with his/her background and experience. Continuation of employment and terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.
