Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in organizing and implementing community wellness programmes, groups, workshops, and outreach activities for multicultural communities
  
• Conduct community outreach and engagement to recruit and support service users from ethnic minority backgrounds
  
• Provide programme administration and operational support, including service data management, report preparation, procurement, and event administration to ensure the smooth delivery of multicultural programmes and activities

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma or above in Social Sciences, Psychology, Counseling, Community Studies, or related disciplines
  
• Passionate in serving ethnically diverse communities and promoting inclusion
  
• Possess multilingual communication skills and cultural competence
  
• Proficiency in one or more ethnic minority languages, such as Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, or other South Asian languages will be an advantage
  
• Work Location : Wanchai, Hong Kong East, Kwai Tsing
