St. James' Settlement is developing an innovative and new charity model - a one-stop digital charity platform for connecting stakeholders on Subsidized Programme Search, Online Application / Approval, Financial Assistance Disbursement, and Data Analytics.

• Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above in any discipline
  
• Five passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese or five passes in DSE including English and Chinese at level 3 or above
  
• Approximately 2 years of experience in NGO, Social Service, Project Coordination, or Business Development
  
• Strong interest in digital products (Mobile Apps & Web) with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and manage backend systems
  
• Sharp logical thinking with excellent time management skills to handle multiple workstreams and ensure on-time delivery
  
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive working relationships
  
• Proactive & Outgoing : Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with networking and pitching project concepts to different stakeholders
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Digital Platform Coordination : Act as a bridge between the project team and IT vendors to monitor development progress; provide suggestions for functional enhancements to ensure the platform remains user-friendly and meets the needs of the social service sector
  
• NGO Outreach & Onboarding : Proactively introduce the Charity Today digital model to various NGOs; encourage and assist organizations in adopting the platform to benefit more people in need
  
• Promotion & Communication Strategy : Formulate and implement promotion strategies for the project, including digital marketing, physical events, and content creation to enhance the platform's visibility and public awareness
  
• Stakeholder Networking : Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, government departments, and relevant organizations to expand the project's collaboration network
  
• Product Operations & User Feedback : Gather operational feedback from NGO users and translate them into platform improvement requirements; participate in system testing to ensure a smooth user experience
  
• Project Execution : Manage day-to-day project operations and administrative tasks to ensure all subsidized programs and activities are delivered on schedule
