We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need and persons with disability in the community. We are committed to support families to Care for the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and enjoy ageing in a familiar community.
Descriptions
To support the overall operation of the Neighborhood Elderly Centre, including administration, finance, personnel supervision, service statistics, and quality assurance.
Coordinate, plan, and develop high-quality and professional elderly services to meet community needs.
Liaise with government departments, external organisations, community groups, schools, and healthcare partners to establish collaborative networks and promote cross-sector partnerships.
Plan, coordinate, and implement government - private - community collaboration projects, community initiatives, innovative services, and large-scale events; follow up on project execution and outcomes evaluation.
Supervise and support frontline staff, foster team collaboration, promote professional development, and drive continuous service improvement.
Provide counselling services as required by service needs.
Experience in elderly services, centre management, project management, or administrative supervision is preferred.
Qualification as an accredited assessor under the interRAI-HC 9.3 is preferred.
Degree in Social Work.
