Requirements :

  • Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in social services or related fields
  • Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties :
  • Support the Senior Manager in developing, managing, supervising, and leading the Light Public Housing project team
  • Plan and implement service strategies to improve residents' quality of life, enhance community cohesion, and support sustainable community development
  • Oversee service operations, workflows, and project implementation to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Provide professional supervision and guidance to team members
  • Promote multidisciplinary collaboration and partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance and ensure that service outputs and quality standards are in line with project contract requirements
