Finance Manager (Accounts Office)

Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports, monitor budget utilization, and provide financial analysis and advice for senior management and the board.
- Oversee treasury, payment approvals, banking relationships, and audits.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, promote team development, and ensure efficient financial workflow.
- Support process improvement and system enhancement to strengthen financial governance.
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Accounting / Finance.
- ACCA/HKICPA qualified accountant.
- 8 years solid accounting experience in sizable organisation which 5 years are in supervisory role.
- Hands on experience in Oracle Financials System and NGO experience are highly preferred.
