Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• Being the centre-in-charge, to oversee the overall management of the project, lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team (including nurses, allied health professionals and social workers) to provide primary health care services in accordance with requirements as stipulated by the Primary Healthcare Commission
  
• To build and maintain strategic community partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for the advancement of the objectives of the project, including but not limited to a diversity of medical social collaborations
  
• To produce annual plan, monitor the project progress and performance, and evaluate quality and usage of services and programs
  
• To provide regular service reports and monitor the project financial status and manage budgets according to the budget calendar

• Recognized degree or above in nursing, allied health or related disciplines, business or health service management or public and community health
  
• At least 10 years of working experience, of which not less than 5 years at managerial level in healthcare or related primary care services settings
  
• Strong health marketing sense and proven records of networking experiences with stakeholders in the community
  
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal) and presentation skills, self-motivated, highly flexible, passionate in community engagement
  
• Require to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs
