Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the appointee is responsible for taking charge of a full spectrum of HR functions, as well as formulating HR strategies, monitoring and coordinating all HR issues and developing.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the management team to understand the Society goals and strategy; formulate, review and implement strategic Human Resource policies in line with Society goals;
- Develop, review and implement all human resources policies and practices, ensuring alignment with the statutory regulations and relevant legal requirements;
- Oversee all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement and compliance with laws and regulations;
- Advise and support management in handling employee complaints, grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices;
- Leads a team to deliver effective support to departments & service units in handling HR issues.
Requirements :
- A recognized degree in human resources management, or related disciplines;
- With at least 5 years relevant working experience, prior experience in NGO is preferred;
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
