Social Worker / Rehabilitation Officer
Established in 1984, Hong Kong Workers' Health Centre has been serving the community in promoting occupational health & safety for over 41 years. We also provide community and occupational rehabilitation services for workers with work injuries in Hong Kong. We are now recruiting qualified candidates to join our team.
Descriptions
Requirements :
- Registered Social Worker with a Diploma / Degree or above in Social Work; or a Degree holder in Counselling or Psychology.
- Mature, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a rehabilitation case manager in assessing the needs of workers with work injury, and providing case management and psychosocial support to facilitate clients' disability adjustment and successful return to work and community.
- To offer retraining and placement support to workers with work injuries.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
We offer a 5-day work week.
