Information Officer (One-year renewable contract)

The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (FPAHK), a non-profit making organization, advocates, promotes and provides information, education, medical and counselling services in Sexual and Reproductive Health for the community.

Descriptions

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, executive and manage promotion and marketing campaigns related to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Fertility
  • Curate and produce compelling contents across various platforms including website, e-newsletters, and social media, covering copywriting, images and videos
  • Monitor public opinion and online engagement using analytics tools
  • Liaise with partner organizations and funders to develop and implement collaborative programs, from proposal writing, execution, to evaluation and report development
  • Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Monitor, optimize and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • To attend meetings, seminars, and training courses etc., whether local or international, as may be required
  • Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Requirements :
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience preferred
  • A recognized degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent, preferably in communications, public health or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager and major social media platforms
  • Proficient in design and video editing softwares such as Canva or CapCut; experience in using AI-powered design tools will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Primary work location in Wan Chai, with occasional deployment to other sites in Kowloon or New Territories
  • Willingness to work outside regular office hours as required
