The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (FPAHK), a non-profit making organization, advocates, promotes and provides information, education, medical and counselling services in Sexual and Reproductive Health for the community.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop, executive and manage promotion and marketing campaigns related to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Fertility
Curate and produce compelling contents across various platforms including website, e-newsletters, and social media, covering copywriting, images and videos
Monitor public opinion and online engagement using analytics tools
Liaise with partner organizations and funders to develop and implement collaborative programs, from proposal writing, execution, to evaluation and report development
Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Monitor, optimize and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights
To attend meetings, seminars, and training courses etc., whether local or international, as may be required
Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Requirements :
A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience preferred
A recognized degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent, preferably in communications, public health or related fields
Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager and major social media platforms
Proficient in design and video editing softwares such as Canva or CapCut; experience in using AI-powered design tools will be an advantage
Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Primary work location in Wan Chai, with occasional deployment to other sites in Kowloon or New Territories
Willingness to work outside regular office hours as required
