  • Associate degree or diploma (QF level 4) or above, with HKDSE 5 subjects Level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
  • Experience in youth work is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure; creative, efficient, independent and capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good team spirit
  • Design and organize career-related programs in secondary schools
  • Develop, coordinate and implement career exploration games at the centre
