Promotion and Communication Manager
Sheng Kung Hui St. Christopher's Home, founded in 1935, began as an orphanage taking care of homeless children. Currently, the Home is the largest non-governmental organization in Hong Kong providing small group home service for children who cannot receive adequate family care with the mission to create and sustain a caring environment for children and youth to grow, to develop potentials and to live a life of fullness. Throughout the years, in meeting the society's evolving needs, St. Christopher's Home has started and is now providing multi child-focused social services and projects in Hong Kong, including Foster Care Service, Nursery, Social Work Service for Pre-primary Institutions, Clinical Psychological Service, Service for Children with Special Educational Needs, Family Support Service as well as Youth Co-living Project. The Agency is looking for high caliber candidates in resource development and marketing for the above position(s).

Working Location : North Point
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- To solicit funding and resources for the Home's service enhancement and development;
- To maintain positive and effective connection with funders, corporate partners, stakeholders, medias and government officials.
- To plan and implement the Home's fundraising campaigns and projects.
- Responsible for the Home's public communication, branding, publications, agency-level event and media relation.
- Building and maintaining excellent branding of Home;
- Assist the Home to identify monitor potential sensitive issues and manage crises, and assist management to prepare line-to-take and give timely responses to the media.
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-years working experience in event management, digital marketing, fundraising, communication or media relation.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
