Job Reference : SM(IVRS)-HO

Responsibilities :

• Provide direction and strategy to the overall planning, implementing and monitoring of the Association's Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services (including: Tiptop Training Centre, Employment Service Centre and Social Enterprises)
  
• Supervise the operation of the services, administration and financial management
  
• Maintain and explore partnering relationship to ensure development and sustainability of services

Requirements :

• Registered Social Worker
  
• Degree or above in Social Work with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences; or
  
• Higher diploma or certificate in Social Work with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in social work in which 5 years in rehabilitation field
  
• Preferably with at least 3 years management experience
  
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation services and/or Social Enterprises is preferred
  
• Mature and proactive, strong management skill and leadership in supervising IC and directing service development
  
• Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English

Salary & Benefits :
We offer 5-day work week, competitive remuneration package including medical insurance, staff training allowance and additional employer voluntary contribution to MPF for staff who work 5 years or above.
