Ref : DHC

• Oversees the provision and development of clinical services under the DHC Scheme
  
• Serve as the nursing chief and to lead the multi-disciplinary professional service team to implement the Primary Healthcare Services, includes Nurse team, Rehabilitation team, Pharmacist and Dietitian
  
• Work with Medical Consultant to prepare protocols for professional services and treatments, and responsible for clinical governance
  
• Work with Executive Director to plan and manage manpower and resource allocation to support center operations and primary health service
  
• Prepare service planning, statistical and work progress report; ensure reaching targeted deliverables of primary health care services
  
• As responsible person to liaise with Primary Healthcare Commission (PHCC) for progress update and coordinate for new service implementation
  
• Liaison with community healthcare providers to facilitate public-private partnership on health service provision

Entry Requirements :

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a Master's Degree is considered an advantage
  
• Holder of valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  
• Minimum 10 aggregate years of experience in nursing practice as Registered Nurse and minimum 5 years of management experience within the 15 years immediately prior to the submission of this application
  
• Recognized post-registration training in Community Nursing, Primary Health Care Nursing or Primary Health Care Nursing (DHC module), or equivalent
  
• Passionate in community primary healthcare service and with strong sense of commitment
  
• Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills

All candidates of the above vacancies should possess the following abilities :

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills
  
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
  
• Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
