Contract Period : 1-year full-time
Requirements :
Degree holder or above in Social Work; Registered Social Worker; Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of work experience in ethnic minorities service and school work; Have attained Level 2 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese and English, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; Preferably with supervisory experience and knowledge of ethnic minority service
Duties :
Provide overall leadership, supervision, and coordination of the project; Oversee project planning, implementation, staff deployment, and quality assurance; Monitor the performance and collaboration of Teams; Liaise with Funder and community partners, and report progress to the Senior Social Work Supervisor; Coordinate with schools and partners, and ensure project monitoring, compliance, and reporting
Working Hour :
39 net hours per week (excluding meal break); 2-3 evening shifts per week; May be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
Location : Territory-wide
Salary :
$36,850 (Starting from MPS Pt.16, Commensurate with working experience)
