Descriptions

• Liaise and establish business network with corporates, government, NGOs, education institutes, etc.
  
• Conduct training workshops and talks to employees including teachers, social workers, parents and working adults on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, complaint management, crisis management, people management, parenting, personal capacity building, team building and etc.
  
• Offer face-to-face, hotline and online counselling to individuals and families.
  
• Plan, manage and execute employee support programmes and project.
  
• Degree / Diploma in Social Work, with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
  
• Aspire to be a professional trainer and counsellor and willing to work on flexible hours.
  
• Strong marketing sense, networking capacity and dynamic.
  
• Fluency in English and Putonghua would be an advantage.
  
• Work Location : Sai Ying Pun
