Teaching Assistant (Student Activity)

Descriptions
Required in August 2026
Responsibility :
- Maintain supplies for Student Leadership Teams, Events, CCAs and Parent workshops;
- Update database information for data management; Organise and maintain a filing system;
- Keep and stocktake students' works for presentations and prepare them for display when required;
- Support and assist Events and Ceremonies, CCAs, Parent Workshops, Student Leadership Team activities, Healthy School Programme and other School Life programmes;
- Support the administrative work of Creative Week, including student options and allocation, student information, passports, IDs, Home Re-entry Permits and visas checking;
- Monitor student safety during all School Life student activities.
- Assist in supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) students through administrative duties (e.g. assessments), supervising students' learning needs as required, serving as reserve support for duty coverage, and attending school-arranged SEN-related training to enhance professional competence.
Requirement :
- Post Secondary Education;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Applicants with student activity or student leadership experience will be preferred.
