• Associate Degree / Diploma Holder (QF level 4) with HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
  
• Good Command in English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service users and cross-functional teams
  
• Self-motivated, mature and responsible work attitude
  
• Experience in Elderly Services preferred
  
• Assist in recruitment and coordinate of Young-Old volunteers and Older-Adults participants across assigned districts
  
• Support the tiered development pathway of Young-Old volunteers
  
• Liaise with training party to support training logistics and certification processes for volunteers
  
• Coordinate with elderly centres for training logistics and facilitate referrals of Older-Adults
  
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer and participant engagement
  
• Work Location : Work across six districts including Eastern, Wan Chai, Central and Western, Sham Shui Po, Kwai Tsing & Tsuen Wan
