Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct professional services including individual case management, group and programmes to residents of Transitional Housing from diverse backgrounds;
  
• Identify and utilise internal and community resources to support service users;
  
• Facilitate residents engagement in estate activities and mutual help network;
  
• Maintain effective communication with internal units and external partners;
  
• Ensure smooth daily operations, and handle transitional housing applications, service enquiries, emergencies and ad hoc assignments upon request

• Registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Board;
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in social housing services or case service;
  
• Variety of social work skills and professional intervention approaches, familiar with various social services and resources;
  
• Proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and mature, with strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills;
  
• Strong independent working skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to handle emergencies.
