Descriptions

Requirements :
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
- English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in elderly services;
- Passionate in serving vulnerable and needy older persons;
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with people at different levels;
- Good leadership, administrative and coordination skills.
Job Duties :
- Oversee the implementation of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Pilot Project on Enhancing Support for Hidden Elderly in Aged Public Housing Estates;
- Provide overall project management, including service administration, staff supervision, case management, service monitoring and quality assurance;
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate programmes and activities for hidden and needy elderly persons;
- Develop and coordinate community resources, stakeholder networks and cross-sector partnerships to enhance support for elderly persons, their families and the community;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of elderly and carer support projects, service innovation and service development initiatives within the unit;
- Prepare reports, statistics and funding-related documentation as required.
Working Hours : 44 hours gross per week and on shift
Working Location : Kwun Tong District
Regular staff can entitle benefits include annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sick leave, compassion leave, family leave, filial leave, medical insurance, personal accident insurance, medical service discounts, MPF employer voluntary contribution up to 10%.
