Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of Children Home in fostering a warm, safe and family-like environment for our residents with intellectual disabilities
  
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver quality and child-centred care service
  
• Maintain effective personnel, financial, and facilities management
  
• Establish strong partnerships with social workers, families, school, and healthcare professionals to empowering lives and creating a brighter future for vulnerable C&Ys

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  
• HKCEE Eng (Syl. B) & Chi grade E or above / HKDSE Eng & Chi Level 2 or above, or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of post-degree experience, preferably in rehabilitation services with managerial experience
  
• Strong passion on child-centred care residential service
  
• Good in people management and leadership, crisis management, effective communication and interpersonal skills with teammates, service users and stakeholders
  
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  
• Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken Cantonese
  
• Proficiency in computer application and Chinese / English word processing
  
• Work Location : Tai Po
