  • Bachelor of Nursing, Registered with Nursing Council of Hong Kong with valid practicing certificate
  • Registered Nurse with 8 years post-registration clinical experience
  • Excellent clinical knowledge in chronic disease management and good communication skills
  • Responsible for overall planning, implementation and monitoring of the project
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing logistics and engaging professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide liaison between participating doctors and nurses at clinics and DHCs for enquiries on medical issues
  • Deliver nurse consultation and clear professional advice to clients in need
