The Association invites applications for the position of Administrative Officer to support project management and administrative works in building redevelopment and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Performing project coordination, scheduling and providing administrative support in procurement across departments, vendors and contractors in timely manner.
  
• Assisting in daily administrative work, licensing applications and building/facilities management matters.
  
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Conducting occasional site visits to record site progress and conditions to support operational needs.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant redevelopment initiative while working closely with multiple departments to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective project delivery.

Qualifications for Appointment :

• A degree from a University in Hong Kong or equivalent, preferably in building and project management.
  
• Experience in project / facilities management.
  
• Holder of the Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate i.e. commonly known as the Green Card (綠卡).
  
• Strong organization skills with ability to prioritization and good documentation.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
