Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and implementation of infection control programmes, provide professional support and evidence-based infection control advice, and formulate relevant infection control improvement plans for designated groups;
  
• Establish and maintain communication / liaison with other service providers;
  
• Handle enquiries on infection control issue;
  
• Manage and supervise nursing and supporting staff;
  
• Manage research, clinical trials, and investigations conducted within the hospital;
  
• Organize workshops, seminars, and lectures for the hospital;
  
• Coordinate, review, and consolidate relevant statistical statements and reports; and
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Bachelor's degree holder in Nursing;
  
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid practising certificate;
  
• Post-graduate certificate or specialized training in Infection Control is highly preferred;
  
• At least 5 years of post-registration experience, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory position and preferably with dedicated experience in infection control management;
  
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  
• Energetic, committed, and proactive, with a high level of integrity;
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
