Music Instructor / Music Administrative Assistant
St Stephen's College is a co-educational secondary school. Our scenic campus resides in the heart of Stanley, the southern tip of Hong Kong Island. We provide boarding services to 400 students, who are under the care and guidance of our resident teachers. Under the Direct Subsidy Scheme, St Stephen's is an IB world school. We provide a dual-track programme (the IBDP and the HKDSE) for senior secondary levels. We are looking for passionate people to join our dynamic learning and teaching community.
Descriptions
- Oversee the administration of the school's instrumental training programme, tasks include scheduling lessons, liaising with instructors, maintaining student records, and managing instructor payroll, alongside managing internal and external music events, festivals, and performances.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the Music Department, maintain effective parent communications, student records, and data entry.
- Support teachers and conductors with orchestral rehearsal materials and performance logistics, oversee the daily operations of music-related after-school activities, including logistics and coordination.
- Suitable candidates may be considered as Music Instructor, teaching instrumental classes on a regular basis.
- Specify an interesting position.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in music education and orchestra management will also be considered.
- Duties will commence in September 2026.
