Descriptions
Major Responsibilities :
Play as a visionary leader with strategic leadership and direction aligned with the Agency's mission
Oversee the operations and management of the Agency to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Develop and implement business strategies to expand service offerings and funding resources
Accountable to the Board for governance, performance, and ethical standards
Guide financial sustainability, budget oversight, and resource allocation
Uphold best practices in child protection, data privacy, risk management, and internal controls
Represent the Agency in high-level meetings, events, and public engagements
Lead and supervise senior management and key operational functions in fostering a professional, inclusive, and value-driven organizational culture
Drive continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices across the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, funders, government bodies, and community stakeholders
Requirements :
Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, and/or related discipline
Substantial senior-level experience in NGOs, including experiences gained from rehabilitation services of SEN pre-school setting
Demonstrated strategic planning and decision-making capability
High integrity with strong child-centred and safeguarding values
Excellent leadership and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement
