Contract Period : 1-year full-time
Requirements :
Completed Secondary Education, able to read and speak English and Cantonese; Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; Proficient in computer operations
Duties :
Supporting scheduling, meeting arrangements, materials preparation, and clerical work; Assisting with documentation, filing, data entry, attendance records, and reimbursement-related tasks; Supporting activity logistics and operational arrangements; Assisting staff in preparation and implementation work as assigned
Working Hour :
39 net hours per week (excluding meal break); 2-3 evening shifts per week; May be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
Location : Territory-wide
Salary :
$14,280 (Starting from MPS Pt.0, Commensurate with working experience)
