ECF Saint Too Canaan College is committed to delivering quality Christian education to our students. We are now inviting applications for the above position.

Descriptions

  • Supervise janitors, manage venue booking and set-up, manage GO consumables stock, liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Provide support in school administrative matters and School Office operation, e.g. answering enquiries from parents, students and visitors, etc
  • Provide support to the General Affairs Committee, e.g. school repair and maintenance work, security guard coordination, etc
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal and Administrative Officer

Requirements :
  • Completion of F.5 (HKCEE) or F.6 (HKDSE) or above
  • Possess at least 3 years of experiences in administrations / facilities management, preferably in the education sector but not a must
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc)
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
  • Working Days : Monday - Friday (full day), alternate Saturday (half day)

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
