• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience is required
  
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a coaching certification recognised by the Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China
  
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and strong team spirit
  
• Experience in Elderly Services preferred
  
• Design and lead Centre-Based and Home-Based Interventions Sessions for the Older-Adults
  
• Provide hands-on guidance and supervision to Young-Old volunteers during the practicum sessions
  
• Ensure clinical quality and safety across all exercise programmes
  
• Supervise freelance coaches and provide expert advice on exercise plan design
  
• Work Location : Work across six districts including Eastern, Wan Chai, Central and Western, Sham Shui Po, Kwai Tsing & Tsuen Wan
